Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly organized, analytical, and tech savvy MarketingOperations Manager to work directly with our VP ofSales & Marketing to manage projects, analyze sales channels, and driveour marketing tech tool stack. If you're a take-initiative problem solver with5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations, we'd love to hear fromyou.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Technology & Operations
- Manage and optimize marketing technology stack (e.g.,CRM, marketing automation, apps, business development tools, analytics,etc.)
- Identify, research, test, and implement new techsolutions to meet business goals
- Ensure seamless integration and performance ofexisting platforms
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize product feeds forvarious advertising platforms (e.g. Google Shopping, Facebook) andmarketplace channels
Project Management
- Plan & execute marketing projects focusing onscope, budget & delivery on deadlines.
- Coordinate and manage vendors for both everydayoperations as well as special strategic initiatives
- Manage agency relationships for paid media, emailmarketing, and other channels
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze channel performance and make data-drivensuggestions to improve user experience and conversion rates
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, providingregular insights and analysis on performance trends and areas forimprovement
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metricsto measure marketing performance and drive ROI-focused decisions
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage social media and partnership logistics,including ensuring the content team hits targets for scheduling,performance, community management, and other goals
- Schedule newsletter setup for management approval
- Ensure seamless execution of projects, agreements, andgrowth initiatives by coordinating and collaborating with vendors, teammembers, and other departments
- Other projects as needed

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in marketingoperations or a related field
- Technicallysavvy, analytical, and demonstrated project management skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Problem solver with initiative, discipline, andcuriosity
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRMsystems, and website management a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
