Now we’re expanding, and we need a Florida-basedAffiliate Marketing Managerto help us scale through performance-driven partnerships.

Role Summary

As the Affiliate Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for launching, managing, and scaling our affiliate and influencer partnerships including being a key person of contact for celebrity and brand collaborations. This role combines relationship-building with strategic performance marketing. You'll work closely with creators, publishers, well known influencers, and media outlets to drive new customer acquisition and revenue through the affiliate channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute our affiliate marketing strategy from the ground up
• Recruit high-performing affiliates, influencers, bloggers, and media buyers
• Manage payouts, promotions, and performance tracking
• Develop creative briefs and promotional assets in collaboration with the content team
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and contribution margin
• Collaborate with customer service and fulfillment teams for smooth partner and customer experience
• Stay up to date with affiliate trends in gifting, eCommerce, and niche verticals (pets, memorial, car lovers, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• Based in South Florida
• 3+ years experience in affiliate or influencer marketing, ideally in eCommerce or CPG
• Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking, and performance optimization
• Great communicator and natural relationship builder
• Strong analytical skills and experience using attribution tools like Triple Whale or Google Analytics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scrappy environment
• Bonus if you’ve worked with niche communities (pet owners, gifting influencers, parenting bloggers, etc.)
