Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing eCommerce clients, with a particular focus on European markets. This role requires expertise in digital marketing strategies, as well as technical know-how in using tools like Google Tag Manager, Magento, and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to eCommerce clients.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, leveraging data-driven insights.
Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for eCommerce clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met and exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and translating them into effective marketing strategies.
Paid Advertisement:
- Launch optimized paid advertising through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads to increase company and brand awareness.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI.
- Work alongside the creative team to craft engaging ad graphics and text.
- Monitor ad budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and efficient spending.
- Research and implement the latest industry trends and best practices in paid media advertising.
- Conduct A/B testing to determine the effectiveness of ad creatives, landing pages, and campaigns.
- Report regularly on campaign metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals.
Technical Implementation:
- Set up and manage Google Tag Manager for tracking all eCommerce events, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
- Oversee the integration and maintenance of eCommerce platforms like Magento and Shopify, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement and troubleshoot technical solutions.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign performance.
EU Market Focus:
- Tailor marketing strategies to align with the preferences and regulations of the European market.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the EU digital marketing landscape.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SEO specialists, content creators, and designers, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on eCommerce clients.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for European clients is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Google Tag Manager, with the ability to set up and manage all eCommerce events accurately.
- Strong knowledge of Magento and Shopify platforms, including their integration and management.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Marketing Skills:
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.
