Overview:

Relevant Marketing & Events is looking for a creative, driven, and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Jupiter, FL. This role is primarily in-person, with some flexibility depending on the candidate’s needs. You’ll be responsible for creating content, managing social media and paid ad campaigns, and helping shape brand strategy across multiple clients. We’re looking for someone passionate about storytelling, design, and helping brands stay relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Design and manage paid social media advertising campaigns
• Write compelling captions and ad copy that align with brand messaging
• Film and edit short-form video content, especially Reels and TikToks
• Track performance metrics, analyze data, and report on campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with our internal team and clients to bring campaigns to life
• Participate in content shoots, meetings, and events (on-site required)

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
• Proficiency in content creation and social media management
• Experience with paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design platforms
• Strong understanding of short-form video creation (Reels/TikToks)
• Knowledge of social media trends and analytics tools
• Must be located within a commutable distance to Jupiter, FL

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities
• Eye for design and attention to brand aesthetics
• Photography and videography experience
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Experience in an agency or multi-client setting
