Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who is experienced in the fast-paced online space, with a strong background in analytics and applied knowledge of display campaign management and media buying. Exposure to other marketing forms such as managing affiliate partnerships and paid social media campaigns is also desired. The Marketing Manager will handle all aspects of online marketing, including strategy and execution of campaigns, partnership management, data analysis, creative and landing page development and testing, and project administration.
- Hands-on experience with various ad networks, DSPs, and real-time bidding practices is required.
- Drive strategy and identify new growth opportunities for display marketing channels.
- Define and build new business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and campaign assets.
- Analyze campaign data, identify actionable insights, and report on performance.
- Manage partner/publisher relationships and coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Business Development, Reporting, and Analytics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a proven track record in online marketing.
- Strong understanding and practice of direct response techniques.
- Experience working with large data sets and complex analysis.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills are required.
- Excellent multi-tasking, communication, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment characterized by growth and change.
- At least 2 years of marketing experience in mobile app marketing.
- Strong industry knowledge and background.
