Our mission is to enrich people’s lives through real estate, and we do that by delivering unmatched service, cultivating deep trust, and always putting people before transactions.

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager—a hardworking, strategic, creative, self-starting leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role will be responsible for growing and protecting The Denman Group brand across digital and traditional channels while driving business growth through compelling campaigns, lead generation, and community-focused marketing efforts.

  1. Primary Objectives

Oversee all brand, communication, PR, advertising, digital, and print marketing efforts to ensure consistency and impact across all platforms.

Collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop and implement an annual marketing strategy and budget aligned with company goals.

Execute and optimize existing marketing campaigns while creating fresh, innovative initiatives to engage our database and attract new leads.

Design, implement, and optimize high-converting lead funnels and landing pages, while managing the entire lead lifecycle—from capture to nurture to conversion.

Build and manage an Agent Marketing Calendar; produce custom weekly email, social, and video marketing assets for agent use.

Create and manage multi-touch sphere-of-influence campaigns—including digital retargeting, event promotion, email drip campaigns, and client appreciation.

Partner with internal and external creatives to market the team, individual agents, and listings.

Strategize and grow the team’s presence across social media and video platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).

Plan and execute brand-building and community engagement activities focused on thought leadership and philanthropy.

Manage and mentor marketing team members, both in-person and virtual, ensuring high performance, accountability, and collaboration.

Oversee relationships with external vendors, including creatives, printers, ad agencies, and marketing software providers.

  1. Regular Work Activities

Manage content creation and scheduling for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Own and maintain a social media calendar, posting quality content at least five times per week.

Lead marketing campaigns in partnership with Leadership to drive business growth and recruiting.

Collaborate with the Director of Sales to plan and test lead acquisition campaigns.

Maintain a team blog, monthly email newsletters, and quarterly market reports.

Join agents in the field or at events to capture lifestyle and property content.

Develop marketing collateral across print, digital, photo, and video formats (e.g., brochures, business cards, listing presentations, signage, and branded materials).

Design and deliver high-quality listing assets: brochures, postcards, social posts, custom property websites, and post-listing performance reports.

Use the team’s CRM to execute and track the Sphere Touch Program.

Leverage platforms like Google Suite, Curaytor, Compass Platform, Sisu, etc to manage marketing, web, and performance tools.

Lead all aspects of client event planning (2 large events, 10+ smaller events annually), including promotion and multichannel engagement strategy.

Track and analyze marketing performance and ROI, providing quarterly reporting to leadership and weekly updates to the team.

Create and implement email drip campaigns for lead engagement.

Support lead conversion by creating automated follow-up sequences with the Director of Sales.
