About The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager who will both lead a team and shape Ramp’s event strategy during a period of rapid growth. In this hybrid role (40% field marketing events, 60% engaging webinars and virtual experiences), you’ll build brand presence and drive demand. The ideal candidate will bring FinTech and demand generation experience, and the creativity to craft events that convert. As AI transforms the financial landscape, you’ll weave AI insights into our content and campaigns to position Ramp as a leader in the space. This role guides the Field Marketing team’s strategy and owns programs that influence revenue and Ramp’s voice in key markets.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute a calendar of high-impact field marketing events to build brand presence and deepen relationships with target accounts.
- Design and run engaging webinars and virtual events that generate qualified leads and nurture prospects through the funnel.
- Collaborate with sales, demand gen, and product teams to align event strategies with revenue goals and GTM priorities.
- Integrate AI-driven insights into event content to position Ramp as a leader in FinTech innovation.
- Measure event performance, analyze ROI, and optimize programs for continuous improvement.
What You Need
- Minimum 5 years of experience in field marketing, virtual events, or demand generation, ideally within FinTech or SaaS.
- Minimum 1-2 years of team management experience.
- Proven track record of planning and executing both in-person and virtual events that drive measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation, webinar platforms, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Zoom, Salesforce).
- Experience integrating emerging technologies, including AI, into event content and marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze event performance metrics and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in high-growth startup environments with rapidly evolving GTM strategies.
- Background in B2B enterprise marketing targeting financial services or adjacent industries.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
- Knowledge of AI applications in marketing, finance, or customer engagement.
