Summary
We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to own and execute our content strategy from start to finish — planning, creating, distributing, and optimizing content that drives measurable business impact, as measured by leads to sales. This role will be the cornerstone of our content engine, ensuring every asset supports our revenue goals and strengthens our brand. You will manage the lifecycle of core content channels, including social media, blog, newsletter, case studies, and sales enablement assets, while collaborating with subject matter experts, demand generation, and sales to ensure alignment, messaging, and performance. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll take ideas from concept through strategy, creation, execution, and measurement to amplify efficient business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and own an omni-channel content strategy aligned to business goals, buyer journey stages, and go-to-market priorities.
- Ensure consistent editorial calendar execution across blog, social media channels, newsletters, and other key channels.
- Identify high-impact content opportunities that differentiate our brand and fuel lead generation.
- Creation & Execution: Write and edit high-quality content, including articles, case studies, video scripts, landing pages, social posts, and email copy. Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creatives to bring concepts to life. Own the execution from drafting and approvals to publishing and promotion, and collaborate with others to multiply impact.
- Channel Ownership: Own strategy and execution of social media, manage the blog and newsletter end-to-end, optimize for SEO and subscriber engagement, and create sales enablement content with the sales team.
- Optimization & Measurement: Monitor content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and use insights to refine strategy. Optimize for search, UX, and conversions. Report KPIs linking content performance to marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in content marketing, ideally in professional services or SaaS.
- Proven track record of owning content strategy and execution across multiple channels.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with deep understanding of brand voice and SEO.
- Experience managing social media and creating measurable engagement growth.
- Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CMS/marketing automation tools). You will use it to track successes.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate performance into action.
Benefits
- Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance – Multiple plan options.
- 401(k) with Company Match – Retirement savings plan.
- Parental Leave – Paid leave for family.
- Paid Holidays & Time Off – Company holidays and rest time.
