Job Description: Manager of Marketing Operations

PEG Property Group is a growing company headquartered in beautiful Provo, Utah. We specialize in the management of multi-family and commercial properties. This is a full-time position that assists in the management and operations of the marketing department and other duties as assigned. This position can be located at our corporate office or as a remote work position from home.

Required Skills and Experience:

To be considered for the role of Manager of Marketing Operations (Assistant to the Director of Marketing), candidates must demonstrate at least 5 years of corporate-level experience in property management, with expertise in relations, marketing, and financial oversight. The ideal candidate will support the Director of Marketing in the following key areas:

  1. Marketing & Social Media Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and social media strategies to increase awareness of the company’s business activities and enhance its brand presence.
  2. Event Planning & Coordination: Generate ideas for promotional events and activities and efficiently organize their execution to drive engagement and strengthen brand positioning.
  3. Campaign Support: Aid in planning and executing marketing campaigns for corporate promotions, including the launch of new property websites and digital initiatives.
  4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor the progress of marketing initiatives and prepare performance reports for the Director of Marketing, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. External Relations Support: Assist in representing the company to external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients, helping to build strategic partnerships.
  6. Reputation Management: Aid in managing the company’s reputation by overseeing surveys, reviews, and maintaining a positive online presence.
  7. Award Submissions: Identify relevant property and company-wide award opportunities and support the submission process to showcase the company’s achievements.
  8. Platform Innovation: Assist in researching and reviewing the latest marketing platforms and technologies to determine what will best support the company’s objectives.
  9. Platform Rollouts: Help facilitate the rollout of new marketing platforms, ensuring smooth integration and effective use.
  10. Additional Responsibilities: Provide general support to the Director of Marketing in other tasks and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the marketing department.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to assist in executing a wide range of marketing strategies and initiatives. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while supporting the Director of Marketing in driving company growth and brand success.

Additional Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of Residential Property Management experience in digital marketing, website development, and maintenance
  • Proven experience as a marketing professional with above-average leadership and organizational skills.
  • Up-to-date with current online marketing techniques and best practices
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics
  • Knowledge and experience with Yardi suite of products, Reputation Management, Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, SEO/SEM, Listing Syndication, and Market Survey Software.

Additional Knowledge/Experience:

  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Superb interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Recent Fair Housing, industry certification, and training.

Physical Characteristics:

  • Ability to climb one flight of stairs and walk approximately half a mile per property once per week
