Job Description: Assist the Strategic Marketing Director and Managing Director with marketing performance, expense control, lead and lease management, search optimization, and social media presence. Collaborate with ownership, regional managers, and teams to develop and execute marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing budgets for new developments and acquisitions.
• Coordinate neighborhood outreach efforts and support community marketing initiatives.
• Manage MLS listings and ensure proper listing practices.
• Support regional managers and staff through coaching, training, and monitoring marketing initiatives.
• Participate in presentations to prospective clients and owners.
• Analyze marketing data to optimize community campaigns.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
• Innovate and explore new marketing channels and trends.

Work Environment: Standard workweek; flexible hours as needed; ability to work independently.
