Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the planning and execution of go-to-market launches for new products and features, with the objective of fostering cross-sell opportunities within established merchant accounts and elevating overall product adoption rates.
- Collaborate with Product teams to craft positioning statements, develop high-quality content, and create messaging tailored to merchant needs, product value propositions, and market conditions.
- Monitor metrics such as product adoption, engagement, and retention across multiple offerings; use insights to refine marketing campaigns across channels.
- Advocate for merchants by gathering their feedback, prioritizing their perspectives, and ensuring actionable insights are incorporated into ongoing product development cycles.
- Produce engaging content in multiple formats—including newsletters, LinkedIn ads, blog posts, case studies, instructional articles, lifecycle emails, and in-application announcements—to improve awareness and understanding of products among merchants.
- Coordinate outreach by collaborating with Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure internal alignment on messaging and campaign implementation.
- Apply data-driven methodologies to inform marketing strategies, craft narratives about product impact, and guide future campaign decisions.
- Develop sales enablement materials such as demonstration videos and concise pitch decks to help commercial teams communicate value to prospective clients.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine positioning and maintain a competitive edge in the e-commerce sector.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of two to five years’ experience in B2B marketing within the e-commerce sector, with demonstrable success in driving adoption or revenue growth.
- At least three years’ experience in the e-commerce industry with understanding of its challenges and opportunities.
- A proven record of launching products from concept to product-market fit using actionable insights.
- Expertise in go-to-market strategies addressing both sales enablement and end-user needs within complex stakeholder environments.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Proficiency using data analytics tools to extract insights that inform narratives and marketing strategy.
- Experience creating marketing assets such as demonstration videos and concise presentation decks for internal training and external promotion.
- A creative disposition capable of generating original marketing concepts and guiding cross-functional teams to effective execution.
