About The Role
As a Product & Solutions Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in executing go-to-market activities for your assigned vertical (Travel & Entertainment or Digital Commerce). Working closely with Product Managers and Partnerships you’ll focus on bringing solutions to market effectively through high-quality content, enablement tools, and coordinated launch activities.
You’ll be responsible for translating complex product capabilities into clear, customer-ready messaging, supporting the development of unique selling propositions and creating high-quality collateral to enable our sales teams. Your work will include building sales playbooks, case studies, and campaign content, as well as assisting in product and solution launches.
Success in this role requires strong writing skills, a keen interest in technology and market trends, and the ability to execute projects efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
What You Will Do
- Support Product Managers and Partnerships on GTM strategy and execution for your vertical, ensuring messaging, positioning, and materials are aligned to business objectives.
- Create and maintain high-quality sales collateral for new and existing solutions, including pitch decks, solution one-pagers, proposal templates, partner playbooks, and business review templates.
- Develop product/solution playbooks (e.g., objection handling, battlecards) to equip Sales with the tools and knowledge to position solutions effectively.
- Build and manage a central repository of reusable sales content, including proof points and case studies.
- Assist with strategic sales pitches and partner presentations, tailoring messaging for specific opportunities.
- Lead the development of vertical content such as case studies, best-practice guides, and thought leadership, and collaborate with Demand Gen and Field Marketing to activate it through integrated campaigns and events. .
- Conduct customer, market, and competitor research to validate solutions, refine positioning, and provide insights to inform GTM and sales strategies.
- Support product and solution launches by coordinating messaging, content, and sales enablement activities, and tracking adoption.
- Maintain ongoing competitive intelligence to inform sales plays, marketing activities, and product positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and execution across all channels.
- 3-5 years experience in B2B product marketing, solutions marketing, or sales enablement, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or insurtech.
- Strong content creation skills — able to translate technical capabilities into simple, compelling customer and sales narratives.
- Experience developing sales collateral and enablement tools that drive measurable impact.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools for content creation, market research, campaign optimization, and analytics.
- Skilled in conducting market, customer, and competitive research to inform positioning and execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Partnerships, and other marketing functions. .
- Experience supporting global rollouts and multi-market product execution is a plus.
