Your Mission & Impact

As Field Marketing Manager, you\'ll own the complete field marketing engine from strategy to execution, transforming industry events and vertical-specific programs into consistent drivers of high-quality pipeline. Your mission is to create meaningful experiences that connect senior decision-makers with A.Team\'s transformative AI solutions while building scalable programs that amplify our brand presence across strategic industries.

Anticipated salary band: $132,000.00 USD - $170,000.00 USD, commensurate with experience.

What You\'ll Do

Strategic Event Leadership

  • Own end-to-end event marketing across industry trade shows, executive dinners, owned events, and webinars—from initial research and sponsorship negotiations through on-site execution and comprehensive post-event analysis

  • Define clear event goals, budget parameters, and projected ROI for each opportunity while ensuring cross-functional stakeholder alignment

  • Build and maintain a strategic quarterly event calendar that maximizes impact across target verticals and buyer personas

  • Design high-impact booth experiences and drive speaker submission strategies that increase brand visibility and thought leadership positioning

Integrated Campaign Development

  • Develop comprehensive pre-, during-, and post-event marketing plans that seamlessly integrate with broader campaign themes and messaging frameworks

  • Create targeted sales enablement materials and lead detailed briefings to ensure GTM teams are fully prepared for maximum event impact

  • Launch sophisticated follow-up workflows and nurture campaigns in collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, and RevOps teams

  • Build vertical-specific webinar programs that support community development and drive consistent MQL generation

Program Optimization & Scaling

  • Create and maintain a scalable "event playbook" that drives consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all field marketing initiatives

  • Oversee complex logistics including travel coordination, vendor management, and asset production to ensure flawless event execution

  • Establish data-driven measurement frameworks to track event influence, pipeline contribution, and ROI across all field marketing activities

  • Capture and apply learnings from each activation to improve outcomes and refine strategies over time

About You

  • You have 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or integrated campaign management with a proven track record of driving demand and pipeline

  • You've successfully led both in-person and virtual events that create measurable business impact and connect meaningfully with target audiences

  • You possess strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and complex moving parts seamlessly

  • You bring a data-driven mindset and are comfortable setting KPIs, measuring ROI, and iterating quickly based on performance insights

  • You have experience planning and executing executive dinners, VIP events, and strategic meeting programs that build lasting business relationships

  • You excel at building enablement materials and briefing cross-functional teams for maximum event success

  • You thrive in collaborative environments with a bias toward ownership, proactivity, and strategic thinking
