We're seeking a Director of Business Development role (Field Marketer) with a rapidly growing company in the construction and restoration industry! They're a top player in the space and looking for someone to lead B2B referral growth — targeting plumbing companies, mechanical contractors, and similar partners!

The role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, loves building relationships, and wants ownership of a territory (with a portfolio of 450+ potential partners)!

Comp:

-Base: $90–$110K + Uncapped commission

-OTE: $200–$300K+ for top performers

-Vehicle with gas card

Role:

-Deliver branded marketing materials and cultivate strong business relationships along an established field route in the Houston market.

-Host engaging breakfast or lunch presentations to showcase our referral rewards program.

-Stay organized by tracking progress and submitting daily and weekly activity reports.

-Represent the company at exciting marketing events.

-This is an individual contributor role
