• Journeyman-level experience and proven hands-on electrical skills
• Strong verbal communication and customer-facing presence
• Ability to manage inventory and document work efficiently

• Experience across both residential and light commercial projects
• Comfort with modern diagnostic tools and mobile job reporting
• Willingness to mentor apprentices or less experienced team members
