Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves expertise to test, troubleshoot, and modify operational electrical machinery, control equipment, and circuitry. The technician will be responsible for assembling and testing various electrical components, including motor control devices, switch panels, transformers, generator windings, and solenoids. Diagnosing the root cause of electrical or mechanical malfunctions and performing both preventive and corrective maintenance are key responsibilities of this position.
The technician will also be expected to document periodic electrical testing and recommend or initiate equipment modifications or replacements when performance standards are not met. Success in this role requires strong teamwork, effective communication with colleagues, and a commitment to maintaining product specifications in a safe and efficient manner. Adherence to company policies, including GMPs, SOPs, and plant rules, is essential. The ability to follow both written and verbal instructions is required, along with a customer-focused mindset and a dedication to keeping the work area clean. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of Industrial electrical experience
Knowledge of AC Circuits (single phase and 3 phase)
Knowledge of Industrial Controls (Low voltage, sensors, etc.)
Experience with electrical schematics null
