Job Description: Williams Electric, a division of RW Warner, in Frederick, MD, is growing and searching for Electricians. Our employees thrive when they have a sense of urgency and approach complex situations with positivity. This individual will excel at communication and be eager to represent our company with the highest level of integrity. Electricians will install and maintain the electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in commercial, industrial settings.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Installs and repairs electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures
  • Install electrical conduit
  • Ensures conduit installation complies with electrical codes
  • Installs circuit breakers and other electrical hardware and connect wiring to them
  • Tests electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation
  • Inspects electrical systems to determine whether repairs are needed
  • Replaces conduit and wiring as needed
  • Replaces circuit breakers as needed
  • Performs other related duties as needed

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Maryland journeyman license preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools
  • Proficient in the use of test meters
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong technical aptitude with advanced skills with electrical
  • Ability to read architectural, structural, and mechanical construction plans
  • Attention to detail to follow instructions and delegate from plan and supervisors.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills and able to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
  • Must be a self-motivator and team participant.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Target Pay Rage: $27-$38 per hour, negotiable based on experience
