Quincy Management, Inc., a commercial property management company based in Downtown Corpus Christi, is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to support the electrical maintenance, repair, and installation needs across a diverse range of client-owned commercial properties. This role plays a key part in ensuring the safety, reliability, and functionality of building systems within the properties we manage on behalf of our clients.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, a commitment to safety and compliance, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively on a wide variety of commercial electrical systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with local, state, and national codes.
• Inspect and test electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Collaborate with facilities and maintenance staff to plan and execute electrical projects.
• Complete work orders and document work performed in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain proper inventory of materials, tools, and parts needed to complete assigned tasks.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and all relevant electrical codes, including those specific to Corpus Christi.
• Provide support for emergency and after-hours repairs on an as-needed basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support property operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Texas Journeyman Electrician License (required).
• Minimum of 4 years of commercial electrical experience (preferred).
• Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable transportation (required).
• Strong working knowledge of commercial electrical systems, codes, tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to safely use electrical testing and hand tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.

Working Conditions:

• Must be physically able to stand, walk, and work for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving bending, stooping, climbing, and overhead work.
• Comfortable working on ladders, in enclosed spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
• Reasonable accommodations will be made in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
• Full-time, non-exempt position (eligible for overtime pay).

Schedule:
