Responsibilities

Applicant must have experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, and other trades associated with maintenance. The position requires physical activity including standing, walking, climbing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, carrying, reaching overhead, and lifting/lowering over 50 pounds. Ability to work well with others and establish positive relationships with school stakeholders, agencies, and the public is essential.
