Full-time Electrician

We are seeking an experienced Electrician with at least 10 years of proven experience. Compensation starts at $65,000/year for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Follow electrical code manuals to install and repair electrical systems.
• Interpret schematic diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
• Work with hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment.
• Indoor electrical work including breakers, wall plugs, wall plates, three-way switches, exhaust fans, and other commercial apartment electrical tasks.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of job site safety and complete company-specific safety orientations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Must have a van or truck and own tools. Travel between properties is required.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism.
• Remain drug-free at all times.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 30 ft and lift up to 50 lbs.
