BrightOps is hiring: Electrician in Sacramento

Join to apply for the Electrician role at BrightOps. The Electrician will assist their designated warehouse in performing their job duties, including installing solar systems, and must possess a Master or Journeyman electrical license.

Responsibilities

• Vast knowledge of the National Electrical Code, troubleshooting, and layout
• Able to read drawings and electrical single line diagrams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Attention to detail
• Outstanding work ethic
• Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold). Proficiency in installing all types of grid-tied inverters and able to work with various ground and roof mount racking systems
• NEC codes that relate to PV installations
• Must be very organized and be able to meet timeline expectations; must deliver a high level of customer service
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs; must be willing and able to climb ladders and work on high roofs
• Ensure quality control of solar installations
• Maintain and promote strong morale amongst the installation team
• Provide ongoing feedback and support pertaining to ways in which the installation teams may be improved upon
• Other tasks as assigned
