The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking an Electrician to work at our processing facility in Davenport, IA. Successful candidates must be willing to provide improvement suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal candidates should be safety and quality-oriented, demonstrate adaptability, and be willing to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment, following strict quality and safety standards.

• Salary: $36.32/hour depending on experience

Minimum Qualifications

• Availability to work all shifts including second, third, weekends, and holidays
• Prior manufacturing and production experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in the electrical field with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform in a high-performance environment

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday; hours may vary depending on the shift

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and operate equipment to reduce downtime
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled
• Participate in installation, startup, procurement, and debugging of equipment
• Perform PLC, HMI, and process control responsibilities, including knowledge of motor control centers
• Perform general electrical duties such as installing conduit and wiring motors, troubleshooting instrumentation
• Support plant projects and participate as an active member of the PSM team
• Complete all required training
• Adhere to all site rules, processes, and procedures
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices
• Complete work timely and perform sanitation duties
• Participate in team activities
