Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 (US Dollar)
Job Responsibilities:
- Electricians with Journeyman's card, or 7+ years of direct electrician experience.
- Must have experience in a manufacturing environment on manufacturing equipment, NOT facilities maintenance.
- Experience in industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, high voltage (medium voltage), 480V, 120V, down to 24-volt DC circuitry.
- Electric work must be on machines in the manufacturing environment. PLC experience, Allen Bradley preferred.
- Familiarity with the parameters of Program Frequency Drives; controls engineers help with this but familiarity is important.
- AAM Three Rivers is a CNC Machining facility, so having CNC experience would be preferred.
- Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controllers on CNC machines preferred.
- Candidate should be experienced with PLCs, CNCs, Frequency Drives, motors, and associated circuitry.
- Most importantly, should be able to show examples of troubleshooting these items. They will be exposed to but not limited to 24v DC, 120v, 277v, and 480v circuits.
- Troubleshooting can range from proximity switches, light screens and safety circuits, cables, ethernet and communication issues, motors, drives, relays, etc.
