Job Title: Electrician

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Install and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in units.
• Install conduits and pipes to house electrical wires and cables.
• Ensure piping complies with electrical codes.
• Install circuit breakers and other electrical hardware, and connect wiring to them.
• Connect electrical systems to powerlines to provide electricity to units.
• Test electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.
• Inspect electrical systems to determine whether repairs are needed.
• Replace conduit, wiring, and circuit breakers as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Proficient in using test meters and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

• Over two years of electrical experience required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to see to discern color-coded wiring.
• Prolonged standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
• Physical capability to pull wires and cables through conduits.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
