Ideal Candidate:

This job is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and with a team, excels at problem solving, and has excellent customer service skills. The candidate should be flexible, with previous residential experience working directly with customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow all safety rules and regulations
2. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
3. Provide excellent customer service while upgrading and selling the right products and services
4. Install, repair, and service new and existing systems and handle related service calls
5. Troubleshoot and resolve customers’ electrical needs, from basic fixtures to panel replacement
6. Ensure accurate and timely completion of invoices, time cards, and system notes

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of electrical experience
2. Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
5. Willingness to travel
6. Comfortable using technology in the field, including text messaging and phone apps
7. Own a set of hand tools
8. Journeyman License is a plus but not required
9. Plumbing experience is a plus
