ESG Operations, an Inframark Company, is hiring a maintenance electrician to join our team in Albany, GA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Allocates work and provides technical direction, assistance and training to other personnel.
  2. Ensures that all SOPs are followed, and DOT, OSHA and other requirements are met. Makes recommendations for improving SOPs.
  3. Trains employees on proper plant operations, repair and installation techniques, SOPs and safe work practices.
  4. Prepares maintenance schedules for equipment, vehicles and facilities.
  5. Performs sophisticated electrical troubleshooting and repairs including wiring single/three phase motors.
  6. Monitors and reviews work performed by staff and recommends and coaches appropriate improvement.
  7. Maintains files and records of work orders and task completion.
  8. Performs auto dialer installation and preventive maintenance, motor control installation and repairs, electrical preventive maintenance.
  9. Other duties as assigned.
  10. Willing to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, evening and 24-hour emergency on call.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of experience.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

Valid Driver's License (Class B CDL preferred). Other licenses helpful but not required: Electrical Apprentice Level 1, Master Journeyman License.

TECHNICAL

Ability to follow manual & operating instructions; Advanced proficiency with Microsoft applications, internet & CMMS Systems. Ability to work with basic office equipment & phone systems.
