Job Summary

The Electrician at City Brewing is responsible for repairs and electrical troubleshooting across our high-speed manufacturing facility. They collaborate with Operations and Production Supervisors to ensure efficient operations, maintain records through our Central Maintenance Management System (CMMS), perform preventative maintenance, and respond promptly to calls to keep all facility areas operational.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and proactive maintenance across all departments
• Communicate effectively with team members at all levels to resolve equipment issues
• Assist with project work, including needs assessments, process evaluations, project management, drawings, and vendor/contractor communications
• Complete documentation for maintenance activities
• Participate in shift change meetings
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes
• Follow safety standards, including proper PPE usage and risk assessments

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of manufacturing maintenance electronics experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems
• Experience bending conduit, installing, and rewiring
• Experience troubleshooting industrial controls, installing and programming VFDs, troubleshooting 3-phase motor circuits, PLCs, and HMI programs
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments, especially food and beverage
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to work safely at heights and in hot/cold environments
• Strong computer skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
