The Job You Will Perform:
- Troubleshoot programmable controllers and A/C and D/C drives.
- Make necessary repairs to drives and their control system use.
- Maximize the utilization of equipment by maintaining the machinery to run at available capacity and speed.
- Read electrical block diagrams and schematics.
- Follow all safety rules and practices.
- Maintain teamwork with other associates.
- Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other repairs and installations as needed.
- Qualified candidates must be able to pass an advanced industrial skills and instrumentation/electrician knowledge test prior to the interview process.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
