Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Journeyman Electricians for projects located in and around Atlanta, GA. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $32/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:

  1. Install & repair electrical systems, hydraulic, pneumatic, & electronic components of industrial machinery & equipment.
  2. Install power supply wiring & conduit such as EMT, local rigid conduit, MC cable, strut cable trays, etc.
  3. Troubleshoot electrical components, wiring diagrams, transformers, motors, panels, & circuits.
  4. Install, maintain, & repair electrical systems such as switch gears, motor controls, electrical panels, CT cabinets, conveyor systems, lighting & power supplies.
  5. Test electrical systems or continuity of circuits in electrical wiring equipment or fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeter, or oscilloscopes to ensure compatibility & safety of system.
  6. Inspect systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustments or repair to ensure compliance with codes.
  7. Direct or train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring equipment or fixtures.
  8. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components using testing equipment and hand tools to locate cause of breakdown & correct problem.
  9. Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. 4+ Years of Experience in Commercial/Industrial Electrical.
  2. Ability to follow electrical code manuals.
  3. Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
  4. Strong knowledge of job safety.
  5. Must pass Drug Screen.
