About The Role:

Working in our Technical Services mobile team on a Major Retail contract with opportunities to support other Commercial and Residential contracts in our continually expanding division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames to meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor and control contractors on behalf of the client, ensuring standards are met.
  • Ensure equipment and surrounding areas conform to company standards.
  • Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract.
  • Work safely at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation.
  • Contribute to overall efficiency, effectiveness, and contract profitability, supporting the delivery of quality service.
  • Support the implementation of an integrated approach for service delivery, ensuring safety, timeliness, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Provide callout response as per the rota, approximately once every 4 weeks.

Essential Hiring Criteria:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Relevant certifications: Qualified Electrician, City & Guilds 2330 & 2391 or NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition.
  • Experience in Facilities Management is advantageous.
  • CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Ability to operate electronic handheld devices.
  • IT literacy, including basic Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
