Skillforce (USA) is hiring: Electrician - Journeyman in Washington

Skillforce is hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for immediate work in Washington DC. We're looking for dependable, licensed electricians to work on a commercial project involving control work, roadway tunnels, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate has an active Journeyman License with minimum 3 years of control work experience.

Pay Range: $32-36/HR DOE

Electrician Job Responsibilities:

• Install and wire electrical systems, control panels, and equipment.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on control systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in electrical control systems using tools and technical knowledge.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades

• Must be a Licensed Journeyman Electrician
• MUST BE A US CITIZEN.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical work
• Strong knowledge of roadways, roadwork and infrastructure
• Must have PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must have reliable transportation and standard electrical tools
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
