We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join a well-established and highly automated manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with excellent pay, overtime opportunities, and long-term career stability.
What You’ll Do:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, controls, AC/DC circuits, 480V, inverters, and 3-phase motors.

Work with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Rockwell) for troubleshooting, wiring, and equipment installs.

Maintain and support highly automated production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.

Perform electrical maintenance on conveyors, drives, HMIs, servos, and other plant systems.
-
Occasionally assist on the floor/line as needed, supporting team operations.

Follow all safety and quality procedures in a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environment.
What We’re Looking For:
-
5–15+ years of experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing environment (open to less if technically strong).

Strong background in PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley/Siemens ).

Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
-
Experience with automation equipment, AC/DC controls, and 3-phase systems.

Team-oriented, reliable, and stable work history.

Pay starting at $35–$45/hr depending on experience, with time-and-a-half after 40 hours and double time after 48 hours. Many electricians here make $120K+ annually with overtime.
