Position Summary:

We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience, a solid understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams

• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions

• Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations

• Collaborate with apprentices, foremen, and other team members to complete projects on time

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

• Communicate effectively with clients and represent R&S Electric in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain reciprocity)

• 4+ years of electrical experience in residential, commercial, or industrial environments

• Strong knowledge of the NEC (National Electrical Code)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
