Job Summary
The Graphic Designer will prepare high-level graphic arts designs and develop integrated text/graphic layouts as directed for the ACC A2. The role includes developing designs, graphic presentations, and production of various technical and non-technical illustrations, forms, manuals, brochures, and literature for the Directorate's mission briefings, distinguished visitors, director's briefings, capabilities brochures, and advertising layouts.
Essential Functions
- Prepare high-level graphic arts designs and develop integrated text/graphic layouts as directed.
- Develop designs, graphic presentations, and production of various technical and non-technical illustrations, forms, manuals, brochures, and literature.
- Collaborate with analysts to understand requirements and enhance/convey analytic thoughts and assessments through graphic and layout solutions.
- Provide graphic design and layout solutions for intelligence products, including developing illustrations, editing existing images, providing font management, and utilizing advanced prepublication techniques.
- Use Government-specified technology to produce graphic design, cartographic products, interactive graphical content, video content, analytic product templates, and marketing content.
- Support USAF, Joint, and DoD development of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytical tools and interfaces.
- Integrate graphics with text, audio, and video to support interactive and multimedia high visibility finished intelligence products.
- Produce dynamic content in accordance with IC (Intelligence Community) published standards (e.g., D3 Style Guide), including podcasts or audio segments.
- Provide user experience/user interface expertise for the development of interactive graphics and web products.
- Demonstrate proficiency in professional graphics and design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Flash), Apple Final Cut Pro X, and Apple Mac hardware platforms, Map Publisher, MS Office Suite, and any other specified interactive graphics enablers, languages, or tools.
- Use special computer graphics or other advanced technology combined with other materials to create layouts conducive to the ACC/A2 mission.
- Maintain operational security of all assigned equipment items.
- Maintain technical proficiency with software applications for graphics, photo, and video processes.

Position Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Active TS/SCI government security clearance.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Apple Final Cut Pro X, and other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio highlighting graphic design work.
- Knowledge of intelligence community (IC) standards and protocols preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design
