Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment where ideas flow freely and collaboration fuels innovation. In this role, you’ll take projects from spark to spotlight—crafting visuals that elevate our brand and connect with our clients in meaningful ways. On our marketing team, you'll design modern, clean, and versatile templates, campaigns, and experiences that reflect our brand’s evolving story. This position is on-site and a portfolio of your work must be submitted with application to be considered.

What You'll Do

• Champion our brand identity while pushing creative boundaries to deliver fresh, consistent, and engaging visuals, identity, and messaging to our customers
• Design and produce marketing materials across print and digital platforms—from sales collateral to event graphics and social media content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with our strategic goals.
• Lead the creative process from concept to execution, incorporating feedback and iterating with agility.
• Contribute to daily stand-ups, share progress, and celebrate wins with a team that values transparency and momentum.
• Present ideas with confidence and clarity, whether to teammates or stakeholders.
• Stay curious—conduct market research, explore trends, and bring new ideas to the table.
• Partner with developers, content creators, and multimedia designers to create seamless, integrated experiences.

Your Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your range and creativity.
• Detailed functional knowledge Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and comfort with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience designing for both print and digital, with a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling in sales related marketing materials
• Familiarity with HTML or CMS platforms is a plus.
• A collaborative spirit, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with independence and precision
• Demonstrated experience with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• A passion for innovation, a love of problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous learning.
