From in-store activations to digital campaigns, our visual identity plays a key role in how we connect with customers—and we’re looking for a talentedGraphic Designerto join our creative team. In this role, you'll bring our brand to life across a wide variety of media—from in-store signage and email campaigns to social media, web, catalogs, direct mail, etc. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated designer who thrives on juggling multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering polished, engaging creative that drives customer engagement.
Essential Job FunctionsAs our Graphic Designer, you must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilitieswith or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Design and produce creative assets across a range of channels, including but not limited to: In Store Signage and displays, Social media graphics (static and animated), Website visuals (desktop and mobile), Email marketing layouts, catalogs, tabloids, direct mail pieces, etc.
- Generate and manipulatedigital product and lifestyle imagesto support campaigns, promotional materials, and seasonal content.
- Approach every project with theend viewer or customer in mind—thinking from the customer’s perspective to create intuitive, engaging, and results-driven design.
- Maintainconsistency and accuracyacross all design touchpoints through diligent proofreading and attention to brand standards.
- Take ownership of assigned projects—managing timelines, deliverables, and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Professionallycorrespond and collaboratewith cross-functional teams (marketing, buying, store ops, ecommerce) to understand project needs and share progress.
- Communicate clearly withoutside vendors and printersto ensure designs are properly executed and delivered on time.
- Stay self-motivated and be aproactive problem-solver, always seeking smart, efficient solutions in a fast-paced work environment.
- Continuously look for ways toimprove workflow, streamline production, and adopt new tools or templates that enhance output.
Education/Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or another related field required
- 3+ years of related Graphic Design experience.
- Strong, diverse portfolio showing work acrossprint and digital, with examples of in-store signage, social content, email, and campaign work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus: After Effects or Premiere) and Microsoft Suite applications
- A sharp eye for design fundamentals—layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Exceptionalattention to detail, especially when proofreading or preparing files for print or digital deployment.
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills, both for internal collaboration and vendor interaction.
- Comfortable in ahigh-volume, deadline-drivenenvironment where priorities shift and agility is key.
- Willingness tocontribute to copywritingwhen needed (short headlines, calls to action, event descriptions, etc.).
- Solid understanding of technical design components.
- Knowledge ofprint productionprocesses, file setup, and vendor coordination.
- Experience with project management or asset-sharing tools (e.g., Smartsheets, Dropbox, Google Drive).
- Bonus if you have experience withphoto editing, basic video editing, or motion graphics stills.
- Bonus if you have familiarity withretail, seasonal, or local event marketing.
