Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Walnut, California

Job Type: Permanent

Compensation Range: $80,000 - 85,000 per year

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative department and help shape our brand's visual identity. In this role, you'll be a mentor and a key collaborator, working closely with an Art Director and other designers to bring marketing concepts to life. Responsibilities

• Design and Concept Development: Lead the design and development of various projects, from product packaging and in-store displays to digital and print marketing materials.
• Creative Execution: Translate brand concepts into visually compelling assets while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
• Project Leadership: Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to final production, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards and deadlines.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers to foster a cohesive and productive creative environment.

Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print, digital, and social media creative executions.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and a working knowledge of video software and various file formats.

Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Must be a self-starter with excellent communication and time-management skills.

Samples: Must be able to present a portfolio to be considered.
