Position Summary

We are seeking a Multimedia Designer with strong video editing expertise to create compelling marketing and communication materials. The ideal candidate has video as their core strength, supported by a solid foundation in graphic design for digital and presentation assets. This role is about telling the story of our program to senior military leaders, through professional, engaging media.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos, including promotional pieces, training content, and event highlights.
• Develop supporting marketing materials such as presentations, infographics, and digital graphics.
• Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and communications staff to turn technical concepts into clear, engaging media.
• Ensure a consistent look and feel across all multimedia products.
• Manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing and production (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in at least one accessible, professional-grade video editing platform (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Experience creating marketing-focused visuals and digital content.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with Figma for design and collaboration.
• Experience supporting technology, defense, or aerospace programs.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation.
• Awareness of current design and digital media trends.
