RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field; Master's preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 7+ years in UX/UI, product, or interaction design, with leadership experience.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate ideas into cohesive design strategies.
- Deep knowledge of user experience design methods and principles.
- Expertise in visual and interaction design, with attention to layout and hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Figma and related tools.
- Strong strategic and systems design skills.
- Experience in design discovery and research methods.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, experience with executive presentations.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end experience ownership and leadership.
- Experience with AI-driven or emerging tech experiences.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards.
