• Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate ideas into cohesive design strategies.
• Deep knowledge of user experience design methods and principles.
• Expertise in visual and interaction design, with attention to layout and hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma and related tools.
• Strong strategic and systems design skills.
• Experience in design discovery and research methods.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, experience with executive presentations.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end experience ownership and leadership.
• Experience with AI-driven or emerging tech experiences.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards.
