Reporting to:

Fine Arts Director

Status:

Part-Time On-Site (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday), Hourly, Non-Exempt, 12-Month; Occasional evening and weekend events as required.

Qualifications:

We're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with a passion for design and highly skilled in creating engaging, on-brand graphics for various deliverables. The candidate must be a collaborative team player who thrives in partnering with internal stakeholders and has a visionary approach to creative execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Design apparel, digital graphics (advertisements, email, social media, website), marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, postcards, posters), playbills, PowerPoint presentations, and signage (indoor & outdoor)
• Oversee design projects from kickoff to completion, presenting work to stakeholders and incorporating feedback
• Manage vendor relationships, request project estimates, and oversee the proofing process
• Maintain and categorize stock media library, including photos and videos
• Conceptualize visuals based on project requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of all projects
• Stay updated with the latest design trends
• Analyze and optimize creative assets for performance and best practices
• Manage the Fine Arts social media accounts

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of design experience, in an agency or as an in-house designer for a corporation or non-profit
• 2+ years of experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• A portfolio demonstrating a broad range of design work and creative expression
• Strong knowledge of current design best practices
• Ability to clearly present and communicate design ideas and concepts
