MOCEAN is seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our Social & Digital division, helping to shape innovative campaigns for major entertainment properties across a range of platforms and formats.

Requirements:

• Day-to-day creative execution across a mix of social entertainment campaigns.
• Assist in visually building dynamic campaigns, spanning static designs, AV/motion graphics, OOH digital displays, and style frames.
• Update and maintain templated design files for ongoing projects.
• Work with the team to uphold campaign aesthetics, ensuring consistency while evolving looks and styles to fit different platforms.
• Build dynamic presentation decks that bring creative concepts to life and captivate clients.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating new creative and technological approaches into campaigns.
• Comfortably use AI design tools/workflows to support ideation, iteration, and execution at different stages of the creative process as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4-6 years of experience in graphic design across social, digital and AV formats. Agency experience preferred.
• Ability to design style frames that demonstrate an understanding of motion/editorial, as well as following best practices for organizing files that will be handed off to motion designers and editors.
• A deep understanding of social media and digital trends.
• Strong layout, typography, and compositing skills.
• Excellence in Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Suite.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills — a proactive, confident, and solution-oriented mindset.

Compensation

For this temp to perm role the compensation range is $40 to $60 per hour (non-exempt). Please be aware that all freelance work at MOCEAN is compensated through W2 payroll. We do not provide 1099 forms to individuals for freelance assignments.

Additional Notes:

Must be available to work West Coast business hours (no exceptions).
