Job Description
Victory Healthcare Communications is seeking a detail-oriented Freelance Graphic Designer / Production Artist with hands-on experience in medical or pharmaceutical marketing production. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a pharma agency or in-house pharma marketing team and is ready to apply their skills in a freelance capacity.
You will collaborate with our creative, account, and editorial teams to produce digital assets that meet both brand and MLR (Medical-Legal-Regulatory) standards. Youll work on digital assets (emails, decks, interactive PDFs) for a variety of therapeutic areas, ensuring compliance with Important Safety Information (ISI), adherence to brand guidelines, and accurate handling of annotations and references for MLR submission.
This is not a role for generalists. We require a candidate who understands the unique demands of pharmaceutical marketing production work.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Apply and format ISI correctly across all deliverables.
- Follow brand standards precisely across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Handle annotations and references with accuracy.
- Prepare files for submission into Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar platforms.
- Incorporate feedback from MLR reviews with speed and accuracy.
Experience & Skills:
- At least 13 years in pharma/medical marketing production (agency or in-house).
- Strong ability to interpret client needs.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating familiarity with pharma design and production work.
- Organized with high attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with regulatory constraints and ISI formatting standards.
- Strong time management skills and able to work on multiple therapeutic areas with different style guides simultaneously.
- Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Technical & Computer Skills:
- Expertise working in an Apple/Macintosh computer environment, as well as Apple software.
- Expertise working in Adobe Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint, Teams, Copilot).
- Knowledge of Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs, Meet, and Gmail).
- Proficiency with Veeva CRM and PromoMats is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools (Filemaker, Monday.com) is a plus.
