Simply Said is hiring: Graphic Design Assistant in Rock Rapids

Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Design Production Assistant to join our creative team. This role plays a vital part in the execution of our product design workflow—but it's not a design position. You will use the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) to apply existing artwork, format files for production, and manage digital file organization. You’ll work closely with our Graphic Designer and team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Modify and format files to meet production specifications
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across projects and product lines
• Organize and maintain digital files within our system
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to troubleshoot issues
• Take initiative in identifying errors or inefficiencies and suggesting solutions
• Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of precision

Qualifications:

• Some experience in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Experience in a production-based or technical design environment preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
