Overview
The Specialist, Graphic Development is responsible for executing creative package design for external and internal customers. Maintain timely completion and high-quality execution for new business, conversions, marketing support and in-house creative projects. This role serves as a key liaison in Graphics for internal departments and outside customers, ensuring alignment on deadlines, status updates, and communication. Success in this role requires strong interdepartmental communication, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, continuous process evaluation, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain timelines and key milestones for graphic deliverables.
- Engage in weekly meetings with both internal Graphics teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure quality and timely communication with customers and internal teams.
- Track project status daily, follow up on deliverables, and manage priorities.
- Support all stages of graphic development projects from initial concept creation to final print release and artwork proofing.
- The ability to follow customer guidelines (style guides) proficiently when creating designs.
- Support the creation of prototype mock-ups for sales and marketing presentations.
- Bridge communication gaps between teams and ensure messaging consistency.
- Resolve conflicts related to competing project priorities.
- Ensure communications flow through appropriate channels and stakeholders.
Execution & Tracking
- Utilize project management tools (ESKO Blue) and SAP to monitor timelines and status.
- Deliver status reports to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and gaps in the current workflow.
- Continuously research industry best practices for potential enhancements.
- Strive to reduce miscommunication and improve cross-functional collaboration.
Other Duties
- Follow up on outstanding proofs with printers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide creative for additional projects as needed for, but not limited to, trade show graphics, signage, advertisements and print materials.

Education Requirements
Associate/Bachelor’s degree required, Emphasis in Graphic Design, Package Design, or print is preferred
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, package design, print production preferably in the health & beauty or consumer goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of graphic development processes and project execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dimensions and Acrobat.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of 3D software a plus.
- Strong business acumen and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking capabilities.
- Skilled in verbal and written communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking.
