Graphic Design Tutor role at Varsity Tutors, a Nerdy Company. The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform has thousands of students seeking online Graphic Design tutors nationwide. As a tutor on the platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—from home.

Responsibilities

• Tutor online one-on-one sessions using our Live Learning Platform; tailor instruction to each student; get matched with students whose needs fit your teaching style and expertise.
• Leverage the AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions with real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features.
• Invoice for tutoring sessions and manage payments with the platform; you will not handle other logistics.

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in Graphic Design and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Priority given to those with tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects; rates can reach up to $40/hour.
• Get paid up to twice per week.
