About the Role
We are looking for designers at both Intermediate and Senior levels.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team through all project phases, from concept development to FF&E installation.
- Produce detailed drawings and documentation using AutoCAD.
- Assist with FF&E selection, specification, and procurement while ensuring budgets and timelines are met.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for procuring and delivering furnishings and materials.
- Prepare impactful client presentations, including mood boards, samples, and renderings.
- Conduct site visits to oversee installations and ensure the design vision is fully realized.
Qualifications
- Intermediate Designer: Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end residential and commercial design.
- Senior Designer: Minimum of 8 years of experience in high-end residential and commercial design.
- Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite as a significant plus.
- Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) procurement, sourcing, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
- Space planning and furniture layout expertise.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Florida building codes and regulations.
- NCIDQ certification or actively pursuing certification.
