ABOUT THE JOB:We are seeking a systems-savvy HR professional to lead HRIS administration and HR operations across a dynamic, multi-subsidiary organization. If you have 5+ years of progressive HR experience, a passion for process improvement, and expertise in platforms like Oracle or Workday, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact. Responsibilities:
• Optimize the HRIS platform
• Lead annual HR cycles (performance reviews, compensation, open enrollment)
• Drive automation, reporting, and data accuracy
• Collaborate across HR functions to deliver seamless service

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR with a strong emphasis on HRIS and HR operations.
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms such as Oracle and/or Workday.
• Skilled in HR data management, reporting, and workflow automation
• Proven success in managing/configuring HRIS platforms
• Ability to lead system and process improvements.
