We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist to join our client's team. This is a key role within a growing engineering firm, offering the chance to make a significant impact on the company's success.

About the Role:

• Talent Management: You will play a key role in talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Employee Development: You will lead and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and foster professional growth.
• HR Compliance: You will ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records and updating company policies as needed.
• Employee Relations: You will foster a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns and resolving any conflicts.
• Benefits Administration: You will oversee employee benefits, including enrollment, administration, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Who You Are:

• Educated Professional: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experienced Professional: You have at least 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist.
• HR Expertise: You have a strong background in all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, and benefits administration.
• Technically Proficient: You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce experience preferred).
• A Strong Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.

Additional Info:

• Term: This is a 6-month temp to perm opportunity.
• Pay Range: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour based on prior experience.
