Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join the firm as part of our shared services human resources team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Our ideal team member is passionate and progressively seeking more responsibilities to expand their expertise.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for employee Immigration support and partnering with Immigration vendor and Legal.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Undertake tasks around performance management and employee relations
- Report and analyze data to produce useful HR metrics
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
- Provide support to HR Business Partners daily with general HR related items.
- This is an on-site position.
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Must have experience with Immigration support.
- Exceptional customer service skills required.
- Attention to detail, paired with flexibility and a can-do spirit.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple clients.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of HRIS (UKG preferred), Outlook and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA and other federal, state and local regulations.
- Professional certification preferred (i.e., SHRM or HRCI).
