Human Resources/ Specialist
Hawthorn District 73 is seeking candidates to fill a Human Resource Generalist position for the 2025-2026 school year. The Human Resource Generalist plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This position focuses on ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes related to hiring and selection, employee onboarding and offboarding, staff evaluations, wellness initiatives, compliance with state and federal regulations, and collective bargaining procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with staff across the district to support a thriving work environment.
